I will accept returns for this necklace. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and return to me within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item has arrived damaged or defective. Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in.

You can polish this necklace using a silver polishing cloth.
