I liked these so much, I kept them for myself! That is me modelling them in the picture to show how they sit on me. I find them very comfortable and secure, I actually haven't taken them out in weeks except to photograph them! They are made using a mould taken from a succulent I found in a garden near my home in Central Scotland, I then dried the silver clay over a pen so it would dry and fire curved and here you see the result! The ear wires and big butterfly backs on these earrings are made of sterling silver. The main part of the earrings are made with art clay silver and once fired are just fine silver. These have a black patina to bring out the detail of the succulent.
