Postage

When purchasing jewellery, you must select one of the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed options as jewellery is not covered for loss or damage with any of the other options.

Bookmarks have a range of options for sending from Royal Mail Second Class up to Special Delivery Guaranteed.

If there is another shipping carrier you would prefer to use, please reach out and we can discuss the options.

Processing times for bookmarks.

Once I receive your order, they usually take 2-3 working days to prepare for shipping.

Processing times for jewellery.

Once I receive your order, if your item is already made it usually takes 1-2 working days to prepare for shipping. If the item needs to be made to order you can expect it to take 3-5 working days to prepare for shipping. If you want to know before you place an order if an item is currently in stock and ready to go, please get in touch.

Returns and Refunds

For non personalised items contact me within 14 days of delivery and return to me within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item has arrived damaged or defective. Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in.

For personalised items I only accept returns if the item has arrived damaged or defective, unfortunately I cannot accept returns for a change of mind in these cases.
