Processing times for bookmarks.
Once I receive your order, they usually take 2-3 working days to prepare for shipping.
Processing times for jewellery.
Once I receive your order, if your item is already made it usually takes 1-2 working days to prepare for shipping. If it is a made to order item, you can expect it to take 3-5 working days to prepare for shipping.
Returns and Refunds
For non personalised items contact me within 14 days of delivery and return to me within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item has arrived damaged or defective. Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in.
For personalised items I only accept returns if the item has arrived damaged or defective, unfortunately I cannot accept returns for a change of mind in these cases.
Postage
For bookmarks I use Royal Mail 2nd class but there are shipping upgrades available for you to buy.
For jewellery I use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed.
If there is another shipping carrier you would prefer to use, please reach out and we can discuss the options.
